This series of small blast furnaces is specially designed for small and medium-sized mining enterprises, mainly applicable to the smelting and processing of ferrous ore, copper ore and other non-ferrous metal ores. Designed with 55% grade ore as the reference, the product features low investment cost, simple operation, low energy consumption and small floor area, and can meet production demands of different scales.
1. Exclusive technology enables direct ore charging into the furnace without sintering.
2. High adaptability: Suitable for ores of various grades, avoiding resource waste.
3. Cost advantage: Equipment investment and operation & maintenance costs are only 10%-20% of those of large blast furnaces.
4. Simple operation: Daily operation can be completed by 2-3 people without a professional technical team.
5. Flexible deployment: The smallest model only requires a 15 ㎡ site with low infrastructure requirements.
6. Stable and reliable: Adopting mature process design, the equipment operates stably with a low failure rate.
Technical Parameter Table:
| Blast Furnace Model | Hourly Output | Daily Output (24h operation) | Ore Grade Requirement | Coke Ratio (Coke:Ore) | Air Temperature Requirement | Total Height | Hearth Inner Diameter | Applicable Ore Types |
| YT-BF300 | 300kg | 7 tons | Calculated based on 55% grade | 1:8 | 550°C | 3.8m | 0.65m | Iron ore, copper ore, lead ore, antimony ore, etc. |
| YT-BF500 | 500kg | 12 tons | 1:8 | 550°C | 4.2m | 0.75m | ||
| YT-BF1000 | 1000kg | 24 tons | 1:8 | 600°C | 6.0m | 1.0m | ||
| YT-BF1500 | 1500kg | 36 tons | 1:8 | 650°C | 7.5m | 1.25m | ||
| YT-BF2000 | 2000kg | 50 tons | 1:8 | 650°C | 9.5m | 1.45m |

Recommended Application Scenarios:
| Application Field | Core Advantages | Applicable Ores |
| Small mining enterprises | Low investment, quick returns, capacity matching | Mainly iron ore and copper ore, also including lead-zinc ore |
| Low energy consumption, simple operation, convenient maintenance | Common ores such as iron ore and copper ore | |
| Small volume, easy parameter control, convenient debugging | Ores of various types for smelting experiments | |
| Quick commissioning, flexible movement, rapid response | Easily smelted ores such as iron ore and copper ore | |
| Low cost, stable output, high adaptability | Iron ore, copper ore, nickel ore, etc. |
Selection Suggestions:
1. Capacity demand: Select the corresponding model according to the daily ore processing capacity, and it is recommended to reserve a 10%-20% capacity margin.
2. Site conditions: 300-500kg/h models require a 15-25 ㎡ site, while models of 1t/h and above require a 30-50 ㎡ site.
3. Staff allocation: 300-500kg/h models can be operated by 1-2 people, and it is recommended to allocate 2-3 people for models of 1t/h and above.
4. Raw material stability: If the ore grade fluctuates greatly, it is recommended to select models of 1t/h and above for stronger adaptability.
5. Investment budget: 300-500kg/h models feature the lowest investment, while the 2t/h model has the highest investment; the selection can be made flexibly according to the budget.
